Problem description:
How to install a search plugin for OTRS in Firefox.
Solution:
Installation of a Firefox searchplugin for otrs is simple. Simply log in to OTRS and then click in the upper right corner on the drop down field (see first red arrow in the screenshot). Afterwards you could add the entry "OTRS (Ticket#)" to search for ticket numbers or select the entry "OTRS(Fulltext)" for a fulltext search.
